FlamePRO Fire Protection Product Trading is a licensed manufacturer of Fire Protection Products, mainly our FlamePRO Fire Extinguisher. FlamePRO Fire Protection Product Trading is duly licensed by the Department of Trade and Industry - Bureau of Philippine Standards as an ISO 9001:2015 aligned and bearing with a Quality Mark License Numbers of Q-5704 and Q-5705.
Quality Policy
It is a duty of FlamePRO Fire Protection Product Trading to ensure that the Fire Extinguishers being manufactured are compliant to the Philippine National Standard and its customer’s needs.
To guarantee the required timeliness of the interested parties, FlamePRO Fire Protection Product Trading shall ensure the sufficient support provided by Top Management.

Warranty Conditions
FlamePRO Fire Protection Product Trading offers the following for our products and equipment:
>FlamePRO Fire Extinguishers - HFC236FA offers 5-years warranty against manufacturing defects; while Dry Chemical, AFFF and Class K variants offers a 3-years warranty against manufacturing defects. Refilled and Reconditioned Products offers 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. FlamePRO offers quick replacement for Fire Extinguishers purchased within 1 year from its date of purchase.
>Products and Equipments - we offer 1 Year Warranty on Products and Equipment with Manufacturing Defects that is not due to any negligence or any acts of tampering of the products and warranty seals.
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
> Contact FlamePRO Fire Protection Product Trading or the designated Service Center or Branch via SMS,
Viber or Facebook Messenger
> Provide proof of purchase and photos of the Fire Extinguisher or Products that is due for Warranty Claim
> Once approved, the Customer’s may drop off the defective fire extinguisher or Products to our Main Branch or designated service centre at the Customer’s cost in any case of shipping.
